Encore Construction Employees Receive Certifications

Dennisport, MA —September 13, 2005—National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) presented Barry Reopell, Barry Hall and David Schaeffer the Certified Lead Carpenter Certification and Dale Nikula the Certified Remodeler Certification at the Cape Cod Chapter meeting. When presenting the awards, NARI National President Paul Winans said, “These certifications recognize your dedication to high standards of workmanship and identify you as the best of the best in the remodeling industry”.

The certifications are part of NARI’s focus on education and excellence in remodeling. To achieve the certification, a rigorous course of study, passing a 350 question exam, letters of recommendation and a minimum of five consecutive years experience in the industry are required. The courses and exam look at all aspects of the position; technical, work flow management, budget control and client relations.
